OUR MISSION
We aim to provide a safe and supportive space for teenage girls to prioritise their wellbeing, embracing exercise as an outlet, as well as a tool for mental and physical strength.

It's our mission to cultivate a community of support, where girls inspire and uplift each other whilst developing healthy habits, self-esteem and peer connections.


WHY TEENAGERS?
With at least 50% of young people reporting struggles with self-love, it's our job to change that narrative. The teenage years are widely seen as the most challenging, and with the magnifying glass that is social media, young girls are faced with constant comparisons and unrealistic expectations. These pressures can significantly impact their mental health, body image, and self-worth. That’s why we’ve dedicated ourselves to working directly with teenage girls, helping them navigate these challenges and build a healthier relationship with themselves.

By providing fitness sessions and project-based work, we aim to equip girls with the tools they need to develop confidence, resilience, and a positive self-image. The work we do in schools isn’t just about physical strength; it’s about empowering them to feel strong within, too. We believe that by reaching young girls at this critical stage, we can help them create a foundation of self-love and confidence that will carry them into adulthood and beyond, ensuring they grow up with the belief that they are enough, just as they are.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We offer a variety of options for your school, from assembly-style workshops to smaller group courses.

It is important to us that we work collaboratively with you as a school, so bespoke packages can be created to suit your needs.

Sessions are carefully planned with your specific students in mind. Each workshop includes a hybrid of project-based work and an engaging workout, designed to teach students the importance of exercise and educate them on how to perform movements safely and with purpose.
