Service Description
It’s JGR Legs&Glutes day - we hope you’re ready! This workout is for sure going to be one that you’ll be looking forward to each week. In this workout, you’ll still be working your glutes but with an added focus - Mondays is Hamstrings, Wednesday is all about the glutes and Saturdays is Quad focused. This will leave you with well-rounded leg training. Your JGR coach will ensure you take your time working through the movements, focusing on your form. When working through each exercise we think about the mind-muscle connection with your glutes. Happy Leg day!

Cancellation Policy
As per our Ts&Cs we stated that no shows will be marked down and if more than 3 classes are missed without cancelling in a period of 3months JGR HQ reserve the right to freeze members ability to book classes for 7 days. We are sure it won’t come to that, but JGR HQ is a community and we want to keep the environment a fair one for everyone. Below is a reminder of the class cancellation policy What happens if I need to cancel a class? JGR kindly ask that you cancel any classes you are unable to attend at least 3hour before the class. Classes can be extremely busy at JGR HQ and there are many occasions where members add to the waiting list for a session. This is why it is vital that you cancel with at least 3 hour of notice so that those on the waiting list have an opportunity to book on and arrive at the session. You can cancel classes via the JGR HQ booking system app. Also a reminder to not message coaches privately regarding classes. Communication must be via the app or email. If communication is private, coaches may not see the message or be able to respond and therefore it will be classed as a no-show. This is particularly vital as the coaching team is expanding in the new year.
