Event: Yoga, Gong, and Sound Bath Meditation
Join us for a soothing evening of relaxation and renewal, beginning with a light yoga flow to gently stretch and prepare your body, followed by a deeply immersive gong and sound bath session, all led by the incredible Jo Winterton from Jo Winterton Yoga.
Come dressed in comfy, loose clothing, and bring something to lay on—we recommend two blankets and pillows as we’ll be laying on the floor for meditation. We’ll finish the session with light snacks and hot tea to help you ease back into your evening feeling calm and refreshed.

What To Bring:
- something comfortable to lay on. We do have some mats but id recommend a thick blanket
-2 blankets/ one to lay on and one to snuggle up in
- Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
Optional:
- A cushion or pillow
- Eye pillow
- Cosy warm socks
About Gong Baths: The incredible sounds and vibrations of the gong have been used since ancient times. Simply rest, relax, and listen to the soothing and healing sounds, as they wash over you. You may enter a deep state of relaxation, where a healing of the mind and body occurs.
Benefits: Sound baths can take you into a deep meditative state, improves quality of sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, balances mind and body and promotes peace, happiness and well being.
Yoga or Meditation? The session will either focus more on Hatha yoga, yin yoga or meditation. All yoga postures are gentle and suitable for beginners, with options given.
Cautions - Not suitable for people with pacemakers (unless you have doctor’s approval), those who have had a recent hip / joint operation or metal implant, epilepsy, or pregnant women in their first trimester. Gong session bookings are non refundable.
